I am committed to dedicating over 50 hours per year to volunteer work, using my skills to promote healing, recovery, and well-being. Whether it’s through teaching infant massage, massage therapy, scar treatment, yoga, or meditation, my goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of people who have experienced significant life challenges. I believe in the power of compassionate, hands-on care and mindful practices to restore balance and dignity. By offering my time and expertise, I aim to foster a sense of safety, empowerment, and connection within the communities I serve.
Giving back to the community is at the heart of my work. Over the years, I have had the honour of volunteering my time and expertise to support veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those affected by trauma and illness. Through hands-on therapy, wellness practices, and dedicated service, I strive to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Teaching Infant Massage –Supporting parents of children affected by illness or traumatic injuries in reconnecting with their little ones through gentle, nurturing touch. Helping to bring comfort, reassurance, and bonding after medical interventions
Self-Care Workshops – Offering practical guidance on scar tissue care, adaptive movement, and breathing techniques
Movement Practices for Traumatic Injury Recovery – Providing opportunities for individuals to experience movement that helps to process stress and develop functional fitness after their injury
